Newsflash

Yesterday all servers in the U.S. went out on strike in a bid to get more RAM and better CPUs. A spokes person said that the need for better RAM was due to some fool increasing the front-side bus speed. In future, busses will be told to slow down in residential motherboards.

2008 is a special year for China as she will be hosting the Olympic Games in Beijing!

Tap on this and invest in China!

This is also very good for businessmen, even those who has not invested in China but planning to.

This is because the Olympic event helps to advertise China globally and more and more people began to be aware of China and the development she has achieved in these few years.

When investing in China, it is vital to know the following :

1. Over 80% of China's population are farmers; that is to say, low income level

2. Only about 2% belongs to the higher income

These information are vital because if you are thinking of targeting the Chinese population as your market.

The higher income population has the money to buy high cost items and they often do it oversea because they are afraid of China's false goods.

These high incomer tends to get oversea imported products.

So to target the general monthly incomer (average to mid-range), you need something that is affordable for them as the salary scale is much lower compared with oversea.

Things they value :

- electronic products

- children education

- certain places (coastal region) value continuously learning

- Yunnan people value recreation and leisure

If you are tapping on China's low cost resources and manpower to manufacture products for oversea market, then that is the best choice.  Thus you can see so many MNC and manufacturers relocating to China.

Ok...hope the information will help you in strategizing your business venture in China!
